The above barriers are steel reinforced and can only be used on private property (off road). This alternative is often used to stop illegal parking or entrance to land by travellers (a common problem) and are a cost effective alternative to Motorway Crash Barriers(TVCBS) which you can see at the top of this page. This is sometimes all that is needed to deter illegal parking etc.
