The above barriers are steel reinforced and can only be used on private property (off road). The Safety Barriers can be stacked and easily moved using a fork lift truck.
This alternative is often used to stop illegal parking or entrance to land by travellers (a common problem) and are a cost effective alternative to TVCBS (Temporary Vehicle Concrete Barriers) which are for use on or off road.

They can be moved by the owner in many circumstances using the fork lift grooves (visible in the photo). This is sometimes all that is needed to deter illegal parking etc. but can only be used on private property.
