Our Keyholding and Alarm Response is UK controlled and locally serviced, being SIA Approved and annually accredited Key Holders we operate under strict professional procedures, completely trustworthy and safe with a local service. As soon as we are alerted to an alarm or incident an incident response mobile is dispatched to your premises to establish what the problem is and to deal with it. Your security will be in safe hands. We also open up and lock down premises, use mobile security patrols to random check premises, escort your site visits, we are there for you when it matters.
Traveller Evictions & Gypsies –National Trespass Management Unit
Uniqwin operate a professional National Trespass Management Unit that specialise in the Eviction of itinerant gypsy travellers who trespass, occupy your land or premises with caravans, vehicles etc. They can be moved lawfully and effectively within 48 hours of our team speaking to them. The longer trespassers occupy your land, car park etc., the more trouble for your business, damage, crime and mess is likely. Our system has worked professionally and effectively since 1997, speedily without fuss or embarrassment.
We deal with any kind of land /commercial property trespass, unauthorised use or planning abuse issues or land Monitoring.
CCTV supply /installation Remote (off site) Monitoring Services & CCTV
We can supply and install all your state of the art CCTV and access control requirements. Our UK Monitoring Centre will monitor your CCTV cameras during your vulnerable hours every day of the year. Our Monitoring Centre is alerted to any alarm, incident or emergency call and deals with it appropriately using a Tannoy system to speak to intruders or dispatching a security patrol or the police.
We also supply trained qualified officers to monitor your in house CCTV monitors. We will operate remotely access doors, barriers and gates and facilitate a remote concierge system.

We can provide you with a one stop package of services personnel, Site Manager, Building Manager, Estate Manager, receptionists, Administrators, Caretaker, Janitors Concierge, Steward, weighbridge operatives, Commissionaire, Store Detectives and Process Servers. Monitoring Lone workers protection tracking and locating & call monitoring
We ‘live monitor’ lone workers or vulnerable people and respond with an emergency or incident visit as directed or if the need arises. We use trackers and other forms of satellite tracking systems to locate vehicles or people. We can take any form of out of hour’s calls on your behalf and deal with them appropriately.

We provide trained, qualified and experienced Legal representatives to act on behalf of solicitors in police interviews at any location in the North West. We are on 24/7 call to attend. We provide other back up services, e.g. Court attendance, prison visits, antecedent collection, chaperone services, accident enquires, claim enquiries and beneficiary traces
Car park management
We provide parking management in various forms, from providing a car park attendant, the provision and daily servicing of pay and display machines, various barriers, CCTV off site monitoring and registered number recording.
